The separator is designed for continuous operation and allows for an output of 12 to 50 m3/hour, depending on the type of bedding material. It is constructed of 260 stainless steel mesh in sizes 0.50, 0.75 or 1.00 as required and operates using Screw Press technology.
The separator is equipped with a three-phase motor with a power of 5.5KW, a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 400V. Its performance ensures dry material at the outlet at a level of approximately 25% with a deviation of 4–5%.
